Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the products in their original packaging, ensuring all lids are secure, and include the provided return packing slip.

  Label and Ship

  Print your prepaid shipping label, attach it to the outside of your box, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original form of payment within 7-10 business days.
